从长远视角审视，First, we need to shift from point solutions—single use cases, single scenarios, and single departments—to an enterprise-level, platform-based mindset. We’ve seen cases like this. Supply chain, R&D, and customer service may each be using different AI tools or copilots. That creates a problem: these applications are scattered. Within an enterprise, the first thing you need is platform thinking. If a company uses so many different tools, then in the end, experience and data may be fragmented across various places. In my view, that still can’t be called truly mature, nor does it amount to an enterprise-grade, end-to-end AI capability system. That’s the first point: moving from isolated points to platformization.
